About Me

Hi y'all!  I'm Kathy and I live just outside of Austin, TX.  I am a mom to two great children, a photographer, and hopefully a soon-to-be teacher.  After deciding that I wanted to go back to work, I started looking for outfit ideas and Pinterest became my best friend.  Soon after, I started visiting fashion blogs, but quickly realized that there were very few for plus-sized women.

I will try to post daily with the outfit that I wear that day (weekdays only).  If I wear anything other than shorts and a t-shirt on the weekend, I might even post that as well. ;)

I am trying to build up my wardrobe.  I've been a stay-at-home mommy for 6 years, so I'm trying to break out of my mommy uniform of shorts and t-shirts.  I've learned that thrift shops and clearance sales are the best.  Online auctions have also been a great source of inexpensive purchases.

I also love to get out of town from time to time.  I usually overpack just because I can't decide between outfits and want to have a choice when I get there.
